Guarantee

All products are fully guaranteed against faulty manufacture and workmanship for a period of 12 months. Consumer replaceable parts will be supplied free of charge within that time frame.

If it is found to be necessary to collect the pushchair for repair, charges for collection and return up to six months from date of purchase will be free. Carriage charges will be made for goods between six and twelve months old.
Returns

The costs involved in returning an unwanted pushchair are high:
Apart from the cost of carriage, there is the administration charge, the inspection charge and reboxing. These models are big and heavy (made to take the strain of three and four babies) and they are not easy to repack.
So please make sure to check the width of your doors, think about managing the weight and space getting it in and out of your car (not something you want to do on a regular basis) and that the folded size is suitable for your storage facilities. If you are not sure about anything, please email or phone us before you buy.
