All products are fully guaranteed against faulty manufacture and workmanship for a period of 12 months. Faulty parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Carriage charges for collection and return up to 6 months from date of purchase will be free. Carriage charges will be made for goods between 6 and 12 months old.
Returns

The costs involved in returning an unwanted pushchair are quite high:
The total charge is £67.50. This is made up of £17.50 delivery, £25 collection and £25 restocking fee.
Please make sure to check the width of your doors, that you are going to manage the weight to get them in and out of your car, that the folded size is suitable for your storage facilities. If you are not sure about anything, please email or phone us before you buy.
